Asian Citrus Announces Change of Directors

HONG KONG, Aug. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Asian Citrus Holdings Limited (HKEx stock code: 73, the "Company" or "Asian Citrus") announced, Mr. Ng Ong Nee, the chief executive officer and executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ng Hoi Yue was re-designated from an independent non-executive Director to executive Director, and was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The aforementioned changes are effective on 4 August 2015.

Mr. Ng Cheuk Lun resigned from his position as an authorized representative and secretary of the Company on 3 August 2015. He will remain as the chief financial officer and executive Director. Mr. Ng Ong Nee and Ms. Ng Ling Ling were appointed as the authorized representative and the secretary of the Company in place of Mr. Ng Cheuk Lun respectively.

Mr. Ng Ong Nee has sound commercial and managerial experience in a variety of businesses and industries and has worked for a number of companies with multi-national businesses. Mr. Ng Ong Nee has been an Executive Committee member of the Chinese Enterprises Investment Association since 2013 and was the vice president of the Hong Kong Australia Investment Association and a past president of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Business Association.

Mr. Ng Hoi Yue is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Accountants in England. Also, he is currently an independent non-executive director of two listed companies in Hong Kong.

The Company believes Mr. Ng Ong Nee and Mr. Ng Hoi Yue will lead Asian Citrus to grasp future opportunities and create return for its shareholders with the leverage on their talents and passions at their new positions.
