BLNM's Core Network Equipment ECS150 Wireless Range Extender Successfully Wins Governmental Development Funds Supported by the Ministry of Information Industry of China Commencing in 2007; Project Worth US$3.7 million

BEIJING, Jan. 18 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - The Bralorne Mining Company (OTC Bulletin Board: BLNM) ("BLNM") today announced that its wholly controlled subsidiary company, Beijing Quan Tong Chang Information Service Limited ("Beijing QTC"), a leader in providing next generation voice and data telecommunication service in China, has successfully introduced its core network equipment ECS150 wireless range extender into the Ministry of Information Industry of China and has been selected as one of the developing projects with governmental support funds of US$0.2 million from the Ministry of Information Industry commencing in 2007.

BLNM's network equipment ESC150 Wireless Range Extender was developed to improve the current conditions of weakly mobile network signals receiving in remote regions, coal mining areas, oil fields and grasslands in China. It is a key part of Beijing QTC's cooperative projects with Xinjiang Golden China Telecom Service Ltd. ("Golden China") to deliver high quality service of the enhanced overall telecommunication network signals through Beijing QTC's shared network infrastructure. A new R&D center will be built in Xinjiang, Urumchi Economic and Technological Development Zone to work on this ESC150 Wireless Range Extender technology by ensuring people in the remote areas can talk through their wireless mobile phones by picking up strong signals.

The Ministry of Information Industry of China launched its new second electricity information developing project plan in the end of 2006. The project plan has selected Beijing QTC's ESC150 Wireless Range Extender as the top project to put forward with a governmental support fund of US$0.2 million, which will commence in the year of 2007. This is the first product of wireless mobile network architecture of Beijing QTC that was successfully introduced to the government and gains vigorous support from Beijing. This new wireless technology onto next generation IP based service will provide an advanced, high-capacity network with greater flexibility.

What is Wireless Range Extender?

A wireless range extender increases the distance over which telecommunication signal can spread by overcoming obstacles and enhancing overall network signal quality. Several different forms of wireless range extenders are available. These products are sometimes called "range expanders" or "signal boosters." A wireless range extender works as a relay or network repeater, picking up and reflecting wireless signals from a network's base router or access point.
