BEIJING, September 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Beijing Tiertime Technology Co., Ltd ("Tiertime") recently filed two patent infringement lawsuits against Beijing UCRobotics Technology, Inc. (the "UCRobotics") in Beijing China.
In its complaints filed with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Tiertime alleges that UCRobotics' distribution, sale, promotion and importation of the MakerBot Replicator 3D printers, manufactured by Makerbot Industries LLC, a Stratasys LTD company, in China infringes two Tiertime patents. The Company is seeking damages for economic loss and legal costs and is asking the Court for an injunction against UCRobotics prohibiting the infringement of Tiertime patents.
