(CENTRUE) called the 3rd Cooperation Meeting with China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE) on March 14th, 2012. In order to extend the maturity for international trade and to minimize customers' financing costs, CENTRUE was wishing to link up the international business and SINOSURE products.
CENTRUE's presidents, Ms. Wong and Mr. Young, met Mr. Fong from SINOSURE Shanghai branch at CENTRUE Headquarters on March 14th, 2012. They were working on Export Credits Insurance for the third round. China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE) is China's only policy-oriented insurance company specializing in export credit insurance. It began operations on December 18, 2001, with capital coming from the Export Credit Insurance Risk Fund as arranged by the State fiscal budget. SINOSURE has formed a nationwide service network. In the meeting, both sides determined the scope and modality of cooperation, based on CENTRUE's exports in the past, to ensure annual insured amount. Henceforth, according to the investigation of customers' credits records, CENTRUE would be able to extend maturity up to 6 months when dealing with long term payments.
