Mr. Richard Yumin Gu resigns

(Nasdaq: CSUN) ("China Sunergy" or the "Company") a leading solar cell and module manufacturer based in Nanjing, China, today announced that Mr. Richard Yumin Gu has resigned from his position as Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Marketing Division due to personal reasons.
Richard's resignation from China Sunergy is effective from November 30, 2010.
