Contracted Sales
- From Jan to May 2013, the Group achieved contracted sales and contracted GFA of approximately RMB 5.69 billion and 575,000 sq.m., respectively. Contracted ASP from Jan to May 2013 was approximately RMB 9,900 /sq.m.
- The Group's contracted sales in the first five months of 2013 represents a year-on-year increase of 126% over the contracted sales in the same period in 2012. During the first five months of 2013, the Group completed approximately 46% of its full year 2013 contracted sales target (made in the beginning of this year) of RMB 12.5 billion.
- In May 2013, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 1.21 billion and contracted GFA of approximately 130,000 sq.m. Contracted ASP in May 2013 was approximately RMB 9,300 /sq.m. The Group's contracted sales for May 2013 represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 73% (compared to May 2012).
Land Acquisition
