China All Access Rapidly Gains Market Share in Public Safety and Fire Services

HONG KONG, Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China All Access (Holdings) Limited ("China All Access" or the "Company", HKEx Stock Code: 633), an integrated information communication application solution provider and application service provider in the PRC, announced that the Company won the contract for the provincial satellite communication system in the provincial fire brigade by leveraging its leading technology and successful applications in various fire services departments in the country. The project covers satellite communication systems in nine cities, including one for the provincial brigade.

The system mainly focuses on satellite communication, supplemented by wireless, cable, 3G and fiber optics. It is an integrated communication system with several functions, including general image transfer, decision making support, command and deploy, on-site management, remote video conference and multimedia transmission.

This project is part of the satellite communication network in the national public safety and fire services department. The provincial satellite communication system for fire services will be developed in three stages, with the first stage completed in this project. After the whole construction is completed, the fire emergency communication command network will cover 11 cities and 58 counties in the province, centered around the provincial brigade. This can enhance the capability to respond to fire accidents.
