China All Access Satellite Communication Solutions Provide Security Protection for the Universidade Shenzhen 2011

HONG KONG, Aug. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China All Access (Holdings) Limited ("China All Access" or the "Company", HKEx Stock Code: 633), an integrated information communication application solution provider and application service provider in the PRC, has announced its co-operation with BINZ from Germany in research and development of the mobile fire emergency command centre system for Guangzhou fire department, and also the communication command vehicle ordered by Shenzhen public security department. Both of which will start to provide security protection for the 26th Universidade Shenzhen on 12th August. This project is another milestone of the Company after providing security protection for major national and international events such as Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, 60th national anniversary celebration parade, Guangdong Asian Games, Shanghai World Expo and Xian Horticulture Expo, etc.

Fire emergency service wireless command center system consisted of satellite communication system, multimedia information collecting and processing transmission system, voice command and control communication system, ground command station system, wireless data transmission system and amplification equipment, as well as on-site command and communication system.  The system could implement on-site remote two-way transmission of images, audio and data.  These could provide the command centre and scene with real-time information enquiry, decision-making and command functions, in order to achieve a complete application of satellite communication in emergency command without any geographical boundaries.  The command vehicle is spacious and comfortable, with ample power and an imported chassis.  In addition, the system is an important platform for municipal fire emergency communication and command.  It is connected with the ground command centre and they can complement each other as well as work independently, which can provide security to the emergency communication technology in case of any serious incidents such as fire disasters.
