China Education Alliance Announces Approval for NYSE Amex Listing

HARBIN, China, July 15 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Education Alliance, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CEUA), a leading distributor of educational resources offering high-quality programs and training through both online networks and onsite training centers in the People's Republic of China, announced today that its common stock has been approved for listing on the NYSE Amex market. The company's effective trading date and new symbol are expected to be announced in the very near future.
