China Education Alliance, Inc. Postpones Earnings Conference Call from April 1 to Later in 2011

HARBIN, China, March 31, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Education Alliance, Inc. ("China Education Alliance" or the "Company") (NYSE: CEU), a China-based education resource and services company, today announced that it has postponed its full year 2010 ended December 31, 2010, along with fourth quarter 2010 financial results earnings call previously scheduled for April 1, 2011 at 09:00 a.m. EDT to a later day in 2011 to be determined. The postponement was not due to any accounting irregularities. This postponement will allow more time for the Company and its independent auditors to complete their financial statements and audit works. The Company regrets any inconvenience that the postponement may have created.
