China Education Alliance to Operate Education Examination Center of National Association of Vocational Education of China

HARBIN, Heilongjiang, China, Jan. 28 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Education Alliance, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CEUA) ("China Education Alliance" or "the Company"), a leading distributor of educational resources, offering high-quality programs and training both through online networks and an on-site training center in China, today announced that the Company has signed an agreement with the National Association of Vocational Education of China ("NAVEC") to operate its Education Examination Center starting March 1, 2008.

NAVEC, a government backed entity, is the most authoritative vocational education institution in China. An important part of NAVEC is its Education Examination Center, which has the primary responsibility of vocational exam-oriented training and vocational skills training. It also provides technical guidance to professional training institutions, setting relevant management, training and examination criteria; develops and promotes vocational training programs; organizes vocational and employment training activities as well as vocational skill appraisals; provides employment training and seeks international collaborations for vocational training.

China Education Alliance will be entitled to conduct more vocational exam-oriented training and vocational skills training nationally upon operation of the Education Examination Center. China Education Alliance should benefit from greater enrollments from students who will be able to receive on-site vocational training by famous instructors and from student registrations for the governmental vocational examination.
