China Information Security Technology Ranked Among Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2009

SHENZHEN, China, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Information Security Technology, Inc., (Nasdaq: CPBY) ("CIST" or the "Company"), a leading total solutions provider of digital security, geographic information, and hospital information systems in China, today announced that the Company has been ranked among the "Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2009 Award" (the "Fast 500 Asia Pacific") for the second consecutive year. CIST was ranked the 39th fastest growing company in the Fast 500 Asia Pacific in 2009, as compared to 78th in 2008.

The Fast 500 Asia Pacific program ranks leading technology companies in a broad range of industries across the Asia Pacific region based on their fiscal year revenue growth rates over the last three years.
