China's National PGIS Standardization Project aims to standardize the PGIS applications across many police, firefighting and traffic police divisions in China.  In early 2009, China's Ministry of Public Security selected the Company's proprietary PGIS software as a key contributor for standardizing the PGIS technologies across 660 Chinese cities over the next few years.

"We are pleased that our PGIS platform has been selected for implementation in another 6 regions in China," said Jiang Huai Lin, Chairman and CEO of the Company.  "The new contracts are another key addition to our successful track record in public projects, and represent our core business's strong market penetration capability nationally. Over the years, we have built a solid reputation around our cutting-edge, dependable technologies that meet the high standards required for such mission-critical projects.  Through the roll-out of our PGIS software in these regions, we continue our longer-term strategy to expand across China, while laying the foundation to create new commercial opportunities for our growing portfolio of technology solutions."
