China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. Subsidiary Signs Strategic Agreement With Global Data Solutions Ltd.

SHANDONG JINAN, China, April 6 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Beijing PowerUnique Technology Co., Ltd. (BPUT), the wholly owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVDT), today announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement (the Agreement) with Global Data Solutions Ltd. (GDS) on March 25, 2009. GDS is the leader in business continuity and disaster recovery services in China.

According to the Agreement, BPUT and GDS will incorporate the virtualization technologies and applications into GDS' future data and disaster recovery centers as well as its IT outsourcing (ITO) service. Using BPUT's virtualization solutions, GDS will be able to not only reduce expenses on data center and disaster recovery systems but also offer technical services with higher capability and security. Also in the Agreement, GDS will allow BPUT to directly market the virtualization solutions to its existing customers.
