China Wind Systems, Inc. Enhances Executive Team with Addition of Senior Vice President, Finance

WUXI, Jiangsu, China, July 9 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Wind Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CWSI) (“China Wind Systems” or the “Company”), which through its wholly owned subsidiaries manufactures and sells industrial equipment for use in the textile and energy related industries in the People’s Republic of China, announced today it has engaged Jay Wang as Senior Vice President, Finance.

Mr. Wang has over 15 years of work experience in finance, strategy, accounting and tax planning, administration as well as internal and external compliance. He currently works as a business advisor and consultant in charge of developing strategic plans for several startup companies involved in the high-tech, bio-tech and manufacturing industries. In addition, Mr. Wang serves as the chief financial officer for several clients. Prior to this, Mr. Wang served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at PACO Group, Inc., from July 1996 to March 2004, where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the company. At PACO, Mr. Wang was responsible for building the company’s finance and accounting departments. Prior to that, Mr. Wang worked as a senior business advisor at New York State Small Business Development Center, from October 1991 to July 1996, where he provided services in business strategies, business planning and marketing planning for over 700 companies in various industries. Mr. Wang received his BA from the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, an advance certificate from University of Southern California, Los Angeles and a MBA from Pace University, New York. Mr. Wang is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Mr. Wang will report directly to Mr. Jianhua Wu, the CEO of China Wind Systems. Mr. Wang’s responsibilities will include overseeing the overall corporate finance and the investor relations functions of the Company.
