ChinaSoft International and China Mobile Shanghai Branch Signs E-Commerce Strategic Cooperation Agreement

(HKSE: 354, "ChinaSoft") today announced the signing an e-commerce strategic cooperation agreement with China Mobile Group Shanghai Co. Ltd. (China Mobile). Both companies will make full use of their advantages to promote the innovation of technology, product, and mode as well as business maturity in the mobile e-commerce field, and then advance market development. After signing the ICT strategic cooperation agreement with China Mobile Beijing Branch, this is now the second agreement signed by both companies.
