A parallel session of CBEC, the 2016 Optics Valley Cross-Border E-Commerce (Chuzhou) Summit ("the Summit"), will take place at the Sheraton Hotel Chuzhou on December 1. Themed "Change and Innovation: A New Era for Cross-border E-commerce", the summit will explore the huge challenges and opportunities brought by the "Belt and Road" strategy to cross-border e-commerce.
