Cisco Launches its China Network Operation & Maintenance Center in Chengdu Tianfu Software Park

CHENGDU, China, September 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cisco officially launches its China Network Operation & Maintenance Center located in Tianfu Software Park. Cisco decided to adopt a Build-Operate-Transfer cooperation model (BOT) using the services of the Tianfu Software Park Outsourcing Solution Center for this new operation. The Tianfu Software Park one-stop service BOT model covers facilities, talent acquisition, payroll and administration management.

Cisco China Network Operations Center will provide a series of Cisco Smart Services Delivery from its Chengdu site, including Cisco smart operator services, smart exclusive services, compliance and configuration management services, knowledge cloud services as well as intelligent network-level services. The smart operator services provide around-the-clock remote monitoring & management and operational services for Cisco network equipment; the smart exclusive services provide expert-exclusive high-end technical support services; the compliance and configuration management services provide compliance and configuration change management services to remote and on-site uninterrupted network equipment; and the knowledge cloud services achieves the automatic alarm analysis and processing function by intelligent professional technology, and the intelligent network-level services provide automatic fault alarms as well as assets, lifecycle and service contract management services.
