BEIJING, March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited ("Concord Medical", or the "Company") (NYSE:CCM), a leading specialty hospital management solution provider and operator of the largest network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers in China, today announced it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2012 after the market closes, at 6:00pm EST on March 20, 2013.

Management will hold a conference call to discuss the results the following day, at 8:00am EST on March 21, 2013 (8:00pm in Beijing/Hong Kong on March 21, 2013).
