Fried Frank Expands Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice

Shannon Lowry Nagle Joins Firm in New York

NEW YORK, March 2 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Shannon Lowry Nagle has joined the Firm's bankruptcy and restructuring practice as a partner, resident in the New York office. Ms. Nagle has represented numerous clients in connection with chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a partner at O'Melveny and Myers LLP.

Ms. Nagle's practice has included representing bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, debtor-in-possession lenders, ad hoc and official committees of creditors, and other parties in interest. Ms. Nagle also has represented debtors, including distressed portfolio companies, as well as private equity funds and others in connection with the acquisition of distressed companies and in the sale of assets of financially troubled entities. Ms. Nagle's experience covers a wide range of industries, including retail, healthcare, entertainment, construction, auto, airlines, textiles, and telecommunications. She has extensive in-court experience, having litigated before bankruptcy courts in numerous states.
