Grand Quarter, a US$120 million Prestigious Project in Batam Holds Ground Breaking Ceremony

BATAM, Indonesia, Aug. 21 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- PT Grand Uway Development held a groundbreaking ceremony on August 20, 2009 to mark the commencement of the construction of Grand Quarter, an integrated business and recreation area, in Batam.

This Ground Breaking ceremony signifies the start of Grand Quarter construction. As a first step in construction, PT Grand Uway Development as developer of Grand Quarter has appointed PT Pratama Widya as contractors to build the first stage of Grand Quarter's building foundation. Pratama Widya has set a target for the foundation to be completed within 5 months time or around January 2010. Grand Quarter has total investment value of US$ 120 million, with first phase investment value of US$ 50 million.

As contractors, Pratama Widya has been favorably known among Indonesian property developers since 1980. Pratama Widya started out as highly respected land consultants and has grown to be known as Ground Mechanic structural expert contractors.
