Tracy joined Sands China Ltd. in July 2010 as its President and Chief Operating Officer, becoming the company CEO and Executive Director in July 2011. The prestigious recognition by Harvard Business Review places him in the company of the most effective executives in the world, in a highly anticipated annual ranking known for its objective evaluation of long-term performance.
