HiAll Welcomes Former Recruitment Director of Deloitte China, Mr. Arthur Wang, Onboard to Build the Employer Branding Platform in China

With 23 years of experience in international corporations, Mr. Wang has served several Fortune 500 companies which includes Honeywell, Kodak, Lord and L'Oreal, among others, as the human resources manager. He had joined Deloitte Consulting in 2005 and during his tenure he was committed to promoting diversity and innovative talent recruitment marketing. He created Deloitte's Weibo recruitment and Deloitte's online tour. He had also initiated an online talent matching platform for the company as well as created Deloitte's very own film festival, which employees took part in. In 2015, Deloitte used HiAll to organize an online campus talk which attracted 26,000 viewers within half an hour. This campus talk received a satisfied feedback rating of 97% for Deloitte's employer branding, talent acquisition and talent supply chain.
