Seagate Technology PLC (NASDAQ:STX): According to S&P Indices, Progress Energy, Inc. will be replaced by Seagate Technology PLC (NASDAQ:STX) after the close of trading on Friday, June 29. S&P 500 constituent Duke Energy Corp. is purchasing Progress Energy, Inc. The terms of the deal has not disclosed.
