Jon Samsel Joins DocDoc as Chief Marketing Officer

Former SVP of Bank of America and MD of RoadLoans To Help DocDoc Scale and Manage Growth

SINGAPORE, Jan. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DocDoc Pte. Ltd. (http://docdoc.com), Asia's leading healthcare platform announced today that Jon Samsel has joined the company as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with global responsibility. The appointment is effective immediately and reports to company President and CTO, John Sharp.  

Samsel, who is relocating to Singapore from Los Angeles, brings two decades of marketing and business leadership experience to DocDoc having worked with leading brands such as Bank of America, Ford Motor Company and Apple. Samsel was the founder and Managing Director of RoadLoans.com, a direct-to-consumer online finance division of Ford (later sold to Santander). Samsel is the co-founder of Heardable, the standard for measuring online brand performance utilizing big data.
