BEIJING, November 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Jumei International Holding Limited (NYSE: JMEI) ("Jumei" or the "Company"), China's leading online retailer of beauty products, today announced that it hosted a series of investor tours to its regional logistics warehouses in Tianjin and Kunshan, Jiangsu Province from October 23 through November 3, 2014.
Approximately 90 investors, fund managers, bankers and sell-side analysts were given tours of the warehouses and their state-of-the-art quality assurance in-house labs where spectrum analysis audits of randomly selected samples of beauty products provided by Jumei's suppliers are conducted. The tests are designed to analyze the chemical composition of sample beauty products to ensure their authenticity.
Jumei's logistics network consists of regional logistics centers strategically located in Tianjin in Northern China, Shenyang in Northeastern China, Chengdu in Western China, Guangzhou in Southern China, Zhengzhou in Central China and Kunshan in Eastern China.
