BEIJING, May 22 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- K’s Media (OTC Bulletin Board: KVME), a publicly traded company specializing in media and advertising activities, announces that the Company’s contractual party Beijing K’s Media Advertising Ltd. Co. has successfully signed contracts with more than 100 high end KTV night clubs in major cities of China in only two months after it shifted to the advertising industry from mineral exploration early this year.

K’s Media targets premium brands advertisers by placing their commercials on screens in KTV night clubs in China. The Company’s year one plan is to sign 1,000 night clubs in 20 largest cities in China which covers about 40,000 KTV rooms and 250,000 viewers on a daily basis.

Approximately 50% of the signed clubs are the most popular clubs in Beijing. The other 50% are top-grade night clubs mostly located in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. By signing up these KTV night clubs, K’s Media can play commercials on 3,379 KTV screens in those cities. “I’m proud to deliver this great news to our shareholders. This is an exciting development for K’s Media,” stated Jake Wei, director of the Company. “Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen are major metropolitan centers in China and are homes to some of the most affluent communities in the country. They are a high consumption group and are willing to spend US$ 660 per day in each KTV room. Nationwide, there are about 13,000 mid-high end clubs with a daily exposure to about 1.5 million mid-high income earners. The 100 signed clubs testifies our commitment to meet our development goals and strengthens our ability to sign more contracts.”

About the Company:

On January 18, 2008, the Company completed a Share Exchange Agreement with Orient Come Holdings Ltd and Beijing K’s Media Advertising Ltd. Co., which transferred the Company from mineral exploration to the media and advertising market.

K’s Media targets premium brands advertisers by placing their commercials in KTV night clubs in China. Attempts to reach high-end consumers through traditional advertising channels with powerful and visually appealing presentations can be costly and inefficient. K’s Media believes that placing ads in KTV night clubs is both innovative and unique and could prove to be one of the most effective methods available. KTV night clubs are popular in Asia, providing private rooms with karaoke systems. Consumers go to these clubs as a group for entertainment or business purposes. Advertising on KTV screens offers a more impressive and influential way to target high-end consumers.
