Millward Brown Strengthens Greater China Capabilities

BEIJING, Feb. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global brand, media and communications consultancy Millward Brown today announced a number of additions to its Greater China team, further expanding its expertise and capabilities in this key market.

Robert Fuchs joins as Head of Media and Digital for Greater China and North Asia, based in Shanghai. Fuchs, a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the region previously worked with leading agencies such as Mediacom, JWT, Leo Burnett, Grey and the Aegis group in diverse roles spanning business, client and innovation leadership, primarily in the advanced analytics area. This follows from the recent appointment of Agelica Hao as the Director of Media and Digital for the Beijing office. Agelica joins from Mediacom and brings more than 10 years of strategic media planning and account leadership experience, spanning both traditional and digital media.

In another key appointment, Chirantan Ray has been promoted to the role of Managing Director, Shanghai office. Ray, previously Deputy MD, has held key client leadership roles at Millward Brown Shanghai, and has twice won the award of 'Best Client Service Team Leader' in the company's Africa, Middle East and Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Millward Brown, he held senior level insight roles in China, India and the USA.

Finally, further strengthening the client leadership team, Nripen Peddibhotla (Peddi) will take over the newly created role of Head of Coca-Cola account for Greater China, based out of Shanghai. Peddi has had a long and distinguished career with Millward Brown and sister Kantar agencies for the last 18 years, including several client leadership roles.
