The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and ROLEX SA have announced a long-term partnership to start in 2009.
ROLEX, the leading brand for luxury watches, continues to expand its long history of achievement and innovation by being the first exclusive worldwide marketing partner of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra since the orchestra's inception in 1842.
ROLEX will be part of a new and unique communication platform in classical music, a concept developed by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and its marketing agency, T.E.A.M. Marketing AG.
The partnership specifically includes worldwide television visibility before and after the broadcasts of the most well-known televised classical music concerts, the New Year's Concert and the Schonbrunn Concert. Furthermore, both partners will co-operate closely in their advertising and promotional campaigns.
