Nutrastar Contracts Supplier for Production of New Cordyceps Infused Alcohol Products; Targets Rollout in 1H 2015

HARBIN, China, December 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Nutrastar International Inc. (OTCQB: NUIN; "Nutrastar" or the "Company"), a leading producer and supplier of premium branded consumer products, including commercially cultivated Cordyceps Militaris ("Cordyceps"), health beverages and organic and specialty foods, today is pleased to announced it has entered into contract with supplier Heilongjiang Bayan Su Cheng Brewing Co. Ltd. ("Bayan") to provide raw Chinese baijiu alcohol and subcontracting bottling services for the Cordyceps infused alcohols.

Bayan, along with its predecessor, Bayan Liquor Factory, have been producing a variety of Chinese alcohols since 1864. They are equipped with an estimated annual production capacity of around 60,000 tons and currently produce a variety of high end gift wine, as well as high end liquor brands, from their modern facilities located in Bayan, China.

Under the terms of the contract, Bayan will supply raw baijiu alcohol and subcontracting bottling services to cover the initial production of 10,000 100ml-sized bottles (1,000,000 ml) of the Company's new Cordyceps-infused alcohol premium consumer product. The initial contract is for one-year which begins December 5, 2014. The Company is targeting product rollout in the first half of 2015. The products are estimated to sell throughout existing distribution channels.
