Located in Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province, China, Zhejiang Jiabao Logistics is a supply chain provider and part of Jiabao Group which engages in bulk raw materials that mainly include coals, non-ferrous metal products, energy, and textiles. The Jiabao Logistical Base project has been listed on the list of Zhejiang Province's major service industry projects. Jiabao Logistics opened its logistical base, which covers approximately 500,000 sq.m., thereby establishing a domestic one-stop service infrastructure in the inland area.

Under the MOU, the two companies will collaborate and establish a main business together in the future; moreover, by bringing together their mutual strengths and potential energy, they aim to strengthen their mutual relationship and accomplish win-win results.

Specifically, it is predicted that Jiabao Logistics -- equipped with inland infrastructure and a strong sales force -- will manage domestic businesses and logistics in the inland area of China, while Pantos Logistics -- with its competitiveness in marine transport fares and its global network -- will provide integrated international door-to-door shipping services, creating a synergistic effect.

Jiabao Logistics plays a role of trading company in the procurement of cotton, coal, oil, and so on for Jiabao Group. Including such activities, the total revenue from trade services is predicted to reach 9.7 billion Yuan.

Pantos Logistics targets more than 150,000 TEU of Jiabao Logistics' annual exports, including pulp/paper, processed wood, cotton, non-ferrous metals, and small goods, with the latter to be exported mainly to South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
