JIASHAN, China, March 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ReneSola Ltd ("ReneSola" or the "Company") (NYSE: SOL), a leading global manufacturer of solar wafers and provider of solar modules, today announced that it filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2010 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 8, 2011.
