Starwood Hotels & Resorts Announces the Launch of the Largest Dedicated Hotel Customer Contact Centre in China

SHANGHAI, April 21 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) today announces that the hotel giant will launch the largest dedicated hotel customer contact centre in China during the end of April 2009. In celebration of the upcoming launch of the Customer Contact Centre, Starwood Hotels & Resorts will kick off a series of attractive "not to missed" irresistible deals and offers in the region. As the largest dedicated hotel contact centre in China, this latest Customer Contact Centre will be located in the city of Guangzhou and will be equipped with the latest state-of-the-art contact centre technologies and infrastructure to ensure we provide the best level of service and support to our guests, customers and hotels.
