SHANGHAI, Jan. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- As of November 25th, 2014, Shanda Group (the "Group") has completed the sale of its controlling interest in Shanda Games Limited ("Shanda Games") and no longer holds any interest in Shanda Games. Since the completion of the sale, the Group has had no involvement in the business, operations or management of Shanda Games and is unaware of the alleged disputes among its shareholders except as otherwise covered by the media. Shanda Games has been permitted by the Group to use the "Shanda Games" trademark until its expiration on December 31st, 2016.
