From 23 July onwards, guests who are looking for a chic night out in Macau, or a cosy friends' gathering, can visit the Whisky Bar at StarWorld Macau to experience their Zodiac Cocktails, a bespoke horoscope themed cocktail menu to provide a flying start for guests to the evening. The Essence of Green Tea
With its strong heritage and history, tea has become an indispensable part of Asian life. Mount Emei has a long history of harvesting tea. The earliest records about the high quality tea from that region can be dated back to the Tang Dynasty. In Northern Song Dynasty, the prestigious ancient Chinese poet Su Dongpo wrote poetry to complement the tea harvested from the region. Zhuyeqing tea epitomizes the long-term tea making experience in the region. In 1964, this tea was named Zhuyeqing by a famous Chinese military commander and politician, Chen Yi , who recognized its outstanding quality, colour and flavour. In 1985 and 1988, the tea was awarded with gold medals at both The 24th International Food Quality Expo and the China Food Expo.
Chengdu Qing Shan Lu Shui green tea, also referred to as "The Green Gold", is being harvested in Sichuan, Mainland China, which is recognized by its jade green colour and long-lasting aftertaste. It is very suitable to pair with hot and spicy dishes in summer. On the other hand, its health benefits are also being recognized. The tea is reputed to help cure diseases including diabetes, hypertension, dizziness, blurred vision, red eyes, acute and chronic hepatitis.
