(HKEX: 2012, TSX: SUO) has been amended to include additional disclosure required by applicable Canadian regulatory requirements with respect to its disclosure controls and procedures ("DC&P"). The original disclosure did not provide the Officers' conclusion on the effectiveness of DC&P.
The additional disclosure does not impact the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2013.
