WUXI, China, Feb. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Wuxi Suntech Power Co., Ltd announced that it has appointed Mr. (Victor) Haibo Xiong as President of Suntech, where he will be fully responsible for the management of the company. Mr. Xiong took the position after serving in various roles in the company for the past 10 years. Mr. Xiong brings a strong background and diverse experience in the solar industry value chain, successively serving as top management of Suntech and its affiliated companies.

The tier 1 list consists of module manufacturers who have provided their own manufactured products to five different projects, which have been financed non-recourse by five different non-development banks, in the past two years.
