Thomson Reuters Research In View is an enterprise-wide solution that aggregates and standardizes data from disparate sources to provide a unified database and analytic interface for managing, searching and reporting on university activities and performance.

Key features of the solution include outcome-based reporting to manage the full scope of scholarship activities more effectively, and data exporting enabling faculty to create grant biosketch documents and interactive CVs. In addition, Research In View supports internal and public searching to identify areas of expertise and increase the opportunity for collaborative teaching and research activities.
Research in View was developed by the Research Analytics business at Thomson Reuters in consultation with university administrators' worldwide. It builds on the work done at The Ohio State University to develop and implement OSU:pro -- a faculty profiling system.
