Tri-Tech Holdings Appoints Senior Human Resources and Administration Executive

BEIJING, Dec. 20, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Tri-Tech Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIT), a premier Chinese company that provides leading turn-key solutions in China for water resources, water and wastewater treatment, industrial safety and the pollution control markets, today announced the appointment of Mr. Rogers Shi as the general manager for the operation management department.

Mr. Shi has 12 years of experience in general manager or human resources positions for large domestic and international communications, IT and environmental enterprises. He is familiar with managing multi-function integrated operations and management. He is a specialist in developing business management models and strategies and has a deep understanding of corporate culture, human resources management and enterprise-wide management.

Most recently, Mr. Shi served as Vice Chief secretary of the Beijing Information & Telecommunication Committee, as well as director and general manager of Beijing Opportunities & Resources Technology Co. Ltd.  He previously served the Golden State Environment Group Company as human resources director for the group and General Manager of Beijing Rohrueck Garbage Bins Co. Ltd., responsible for human resources management and Rohrueck's overall operation and management. He has worked as HR director and VP of Telecommunication Services of Changfeng Communication (Group) Co. Ltd., a Chinese A share listed company. He also served as an outside director of the company. Prior to that, he served as general manager of Stellar Maga-Media Cinema Development Co. Ltd., the domestic subsidiary of SMI Corporation listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Shi also has worked at the Beijing Great Dragon Information Technology International Co. Ltd., serving as assistant general manager and a member of the payroll committee of the board, responsible for recruitment, assessment, payroll, benefits, training and labor relations and improvement of various human resources programs. He also worked at Rizhao Railway Middle School of Jinan Railway Bureau and served as secretary of the League Committee and head of the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Group.

Mr. Shi earned his BA in English Language and Literature from Suzhou Railway Teachers College. He has a master's degree in law from Beijing Normal University.  He also attended the young cadres training in business administration organized by China Potevio Co., Ltd.  and Beijing Institute of Economics Management and has received human resources training at the Beijing Municipal Personnel Bureau.
