UltiZen Games Acquires Red Entertainment

SHANGHAI, March 31, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Today UltiZen Games Limited (hereby 'UltiZen'), a leading China game developer announced the acquisition of Red Entertainment Corporation Limited (hereby 'Red'), a leading Japanese game developer renowned for its expertise in the creation of popular game Intellectual properties.

Created over 27 years ago, Red's many projects include such innovative games as the "Sakura Wars" series, "Tengai Makyou" series and "Scared Rider Xechs".

UltiZen will work closely with Red to co-develop PC online games as well as smart phone games. At the same time, Red will continue to create its new game IPs while also bringing its expertise to leverage UltiZen's game creation capability.
