HOUSTON, Sept. 17 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Westlake Chemical Corporation (NYSE: WLK), the Houston-based petrochemical and fabricated products company, announced today the establishment of an office in Shanghai, China. The official opening ceremony for the office was attended by Westlake’s President and CEO, Albert Chao, and other company executives.
