("Yongye" or the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: YGYB), a leading distributor of plant and animal nutrients headquartered in Beijing, PRC, announced today it has engaged MSPC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, P.C. as the Company’s independent auditor.

The Company has engaged MSPC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, P.C. ("MSPC") to serve as the Company’s independent auditor effective immediately.
