'One Number to Ring Them All' -- Intregen Launches Unique Global SMS Contact Service

GenTalk800 is a global, inbound calling service that complements traditional toll-free services, providing for the first time a global solution that saves costs, increases customer productivity, and makes available a host of new value-added services.

The first corporate application of Intregen's innovative and patented technology is with Singapore Airlines, which has just launched an automated, global SMS contact service for its Solitaire Priority Passenger Service (PPS) club members. GenTalk800 provides Singapore Airlines PPS members with a convenient and cost effective way for passengers to contact the airline from anywhere in the world, using Intregen's patented technology.

A passenger will now find it much easier to contact his or her airline while travelling, simply by sending an SMS text message. Once the SMS is sent from their mobile phones, customers will automatically receive a callback from the airline's customer service representative. Call clarity is also excellent with all call traffic travelling over Intregen's high-quality, global IDD network.

A unique feature of this service is that passengers no longer have to search for the local contact number of their airline in cities they fly to. They simply send an SMS to a global gateway number, and will be connected to a call center quickly and conveniently. The system is intelligent and is able to connect the caller to the appropriate call center to handle their inquiry, anywhere in the world.

There is also significant branding value as customers now dial for service via an SMS using keywords, which can reflect a company's name or one of its brands, rather than having to remember many phone numbers. Calling by name in this way is natural and intuitive, and callers can easily remember how to contact their favorite vendors by one global name, from anywhere in the world.
