Chinese cosmetics brand Perfect Diary debuts at the MASHAMA 2019 Spring/Summer show during Paris Fashion Week

GUANGZHOU, China, Nov 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Masha Ma, a well-known Chinese fashion designer who has debuted her collections at Paris Fashion Week for each of the last ten years, has unveiled her latest collection at this year's fashion event in Paris by partnering with Chinese cosmetics brand Perfect Diary, bringing more possibilities for personal expression to today's modern woman. The event marks the second time that Perfect Diary has taken part in a global fashion show on the heels of its participation in the Milan Fashion Show.

The MASHAMA 2019 Spring/Summer show, "Aceso's Practice", was held around the theme of the self-determination of female identities, in reflection of how modern women today have the power to define and reshape themselves.

Masha Ma's collection showcased at this year's Paris Fashion Week utilizes cascading polished fabrics and reconstructed leather lace as well as colorful serpentine and floral patterns, while highlighting the female form via streamlined cutting and neat silhouette design. All of these design elements combine to showcase a modern woman's innermost emotions enveloped by a hard, protective shell.

In addition, Masha Ma, in partnership with Perfect Diary, has introduced a co-branded package at the fashion show that consists of dreamy matte lip glosses in three selected colors, as part of her efforts to create the ultimate matte lip makeup kit for supermodels and assume a leadership role in the lip product market.

The gift package uses marine blue as its basic color and features undulating and swaying flowers in a design inspired by the science fiction film Annihilation, reflecting modern women's embracing of colors and enjoying life by constructing multiple identities on their own.

The close partnership between Perfect Diary and Masha Ma is the perfect embodiment of "Women are not born, but formed", the core theme of the MASHAMA 2019 Spring/Summer show.
