LISHUI, China, July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Farmmi, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: FAMI), a leading agricultural products supplier in China, today announced that on July 9, 2018, the Company entered into a service contract (the "Contract") with Zhejiang Evotrue Net Technology Co., Ltd ("Evotrue"), a leading national high-tech enterprise providing integrated solutions for quality control and traceability in China, to develop a quality assurance and traceability software system for the Company's agricultural products.
Pursuant to the Contract, Evotrue is obligated to develop the software system and provide related services such as demand analysis, system installation, training, technical support, system upgrade as well as after-sales service. The Company is obligated to pay RMB 150,000 (approximately US$ 22,500) to Evotrue. The Contract provides that the software system shall be installed and tested by August 15, 2018.
