Navnit Singh Named Chairman And Country Head, India For Korn/Ferry International

NEW DELHI, April 26, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, has announced that Navnit Singh will be joining the Firm on May 3rd as Chairman and Country Head of India. He will also function as the Firm's Global Technology Market Leader for India.

Based in New Delhi, Mr. Singh brings nearly three decades of market experience to service clients in the Talent Management space. He has built a successful practice, advising companies on CEO appointments and C-level team composition across multiple functional disciplines of both established and emerging technology companies in the software, hardware, Information Technology Enables Services (ITES) and professional services sectors.

Mr. Singh joins Korn/Ferry from another global executive recruiting firm, where he was managing partner of the Global Technology & Services Practice for Asia Pacific and a member of the Global Chief Human Resources Officer practice.

Prior to executive search, Mr. Singh worked in India and New York in senior executive positions in human resources for companies such as HSBC Investment Banking, Ranbaxy, Modi Olivetti, Modi Corp and Punj Lloyd. He also started his own company in the HR consulting and search industry.
