"Shanghai is home to nearly 500 LEED-certified and registered projects, and has a growing appetite for the support, resources and tools needed to grow the stock of healthier, more high-performing building in China," said Jennivine Kwan, Vice President of International Operations, USGBC. "ARCHITECT@WORK provides an important platform for the building community in China to exchange ideas and access high quality education for professional development, as well continuing education hours."

"ARCHITECT@WORK's revolutionary concept is unique to the Chinese market. Exhibitors are carefully selected and then approved by a steering committee to ensure only the best and highest quality product innovations are present," said Thomas Baert, President of ARCHITECT@WORK, China edition.

The use of LEED outside the United States continues to grow rapidly, and approximately 40 percent of all square footage pursuing LEED certification exists outside the U.S.
