Billion-dollar Funds Operators and Policy Makers Gather in Asia's Most Prestigious Private Equity Forum in Taipei

TAIPEI, Nov. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- More than 25 of the region's top private equity investors, together with senior government officials in Taiwan, will address the most pressing issues in boosting Taiwan's economic and investment growth during the upcoming AVCJ Private Equity & Venture Forum on 20 November 2014. Total assets under management (AUM) in Asia from the participating funds is $USD42.6 billion ($NT1,293 billion), according to the AVCJ database.

Taking place at Westin Taipei, the forum has an unrivalled speaker line-up led by keynote speakers Tien-Mu Huang, Vice Chairperson of Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), Shin-Chao Cho, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), Kao Shien-Quey, deputy minister of the National Development Council, and Nicky Lu, chairman and CEO of Etron Technology.
