JAMS Announces Partnership with Korean ADR Provider IIPAC

IRVINE, California, December 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, is proud to announce a new partnership with Korean-based organization, International IP ADR Center. IIPAC is a nonprofit dedicated to providing ADR services to domestic and foreign entities or individuals striving to resolve conflicts outside of the traditional court system.

JAMS will assist IIPAC with mediator training in Korea and the United States. Both JAMS and IIPAC will add qualified mediators and arbitrators to each other's panels and work closely with Korean lawyers in the U.S. to promote the use of ADR. JAMS will be the exclusive affiliation for IIPAC for mediation. The two organizations will collaborate fully in every area of disputes beyond IP area, IIPAC's initial specialty area.
