SHENZHEN, China, Dec. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sponsored by the State General Administration of Sports, China Sports Information Center, Black Space Time (Beijing) Sports Co., Ltd hosted the first "CHINA TOP - National Cup E-Sports Competition" in Shenzhen Nanshan came to an end on December 18. Eight top teams and twelve excellent athletes from China, America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and other regions attended the game, showing a high level of the world's top gaming competition feast.

"CHINA TOP - National Cup E-sports Competition" indicates that E-sports ushered in a new era in which the state-standard top event is officially supported and sponsored by the government. The National Cup is designed to use E-sports as an emerging "world language" and make it a window to explain and promote Chinese culture, spirit and wisdom to the world in a bid to help promote Chinese on a global level.

Industry insiders point out that as the industry continues to heat up, in order to be bigger and stronger, E-sports will inevitably require a state-standard event brand to drive the entire industry norms and progress, just as the Olympic Games led to the rapid development of sports industry. Today, the National Cup E-Sports Competition held by the State General Administration of Sports makes up for E-sports events in China.

Two Chinese players faced each other in the finals of the "Clash Royale", after five fierce competitions, the popular player Babystar defeated Gui Mei Ying, becoming the National Cup E-Sports Competition's first champion; "Hearthstone" champion was claimed by Dutch player ThijsNL; "CS:GO" event, Chinese team VG (Vici Gaming) lost to Swedish team Fnatic in the semi-finals, and Fnatic took a 2: 0 victory over South Korean team MVP to secure the CS:GO Title. Chinese player TH000 won the "Warcraft 3" championship by defeating the South Korean player Lyn with a score of 3:1; at the end of the National Cup, the "DOTA2" competition was between the Chinese team Newbee and the United States team EG. In the end, team EG defeated Newbee and won the DOTA2 champion. The above five E-sports athletes and teams will share a total of RMB3.51 million.

As the world recognized "ninth art", E-sports has formed a unique culture, which should first promote the standardization and industrialization of E-sports through E-sports before spreading Chinese culture to the world. National Cup E-Sports Competition emerged at the exact moment when it was held by the State General Administration of Sports, China Sports Information Center.

The National Cup E-Sports Competition relies on "globalization" and "Chinese style", and it attracted gaming enthusiasts' attention from China and beyond. The live coverage of the competition covered on 5 continents, 21 countries and regions, reaching about 1.7 billion people. It was indeed a "world language" that transmitted Chinese culture to the world.
